Cloud Data Management Platform for Mass Concrete Temperature Monitoring
The Cloud Data Platform (IoT_PG) is the latest upgraded version of Huanyu Duobiao®'s proprietary cloud-based temperature monitoring and control system for mass concrete construction. Supporting an unlimited number of TG and DG data gateways, it collects real-time on-site temperature data via UDP/MQTT/TCP protocols, providing cloud storage, intelligent analytics, multi-dimensional visualization, and automated alerts. Through DG sub-controllers, it enables intelligent linked temperature control, delivering precise decision-making support for construction teams.

Dashboard
Device statistics (total/online/offline), temperature summaries (max/min/average), alert summaries, recent activity logs, and trend comparison analysis.
Real-Time Monitoring
Real-time data viewing for TG sensors and DG gateways, historical data retrieval, temperature curve charts (ECharts), and multi-channel synchronous comparison.
Custom Data System
User-defined data groups, real-time chart configuration (channels/thresholds/refresh intervals), historical charts (1d~30d/custom range), C5-9 compliance reports (built-in formula engine: max/min/abs/average/diff), custom chart headers, and alert rule configuration.
Section Cloud Maps
Matplotlib contourf-rendered cross-section temperature distribution maps. Users define m×n grids bound to sensor channels, providing intuitive visualization of internal temperature fields within concrete structures.
3D Model Visualization
Loads STL 3D models with sensor binding annotations, displaying real-time temperature values at each measurement point on the 3D model.
SCADA Panel
Drag-and-drop freeform monitoring dashboard based on Gridstack.js. 13 widget types (real-time tables/charts, 3D model animations, section cloud maps, status overviews, custom HTML text, embedded pages), 5 preset templates, multi-user multi-panel support with public sharing.
Smart Replenishment & Calibration
Automatic historical data replenishment after communication interruptions, automatic DG device time calibration (triggered at >3 min drift), and idle ID auto-assignment.
Dual Authorization System
User JWT authentication + independent admin JWT authentication, device ownership-based access isolation, read-only viewer accounts, and role-customizable menus.
Online Plan Design Tool
Pre-construction online temperature monitoring plan design: place measurement points and sensors on a 3D structural model, auto-calculate lead wire and network cable lengths, optimize collector models and quantities, and generate aggregate plan documents with one click. Supports cube and cylinder geometries with 2D drag-and-drop canvas editing and Three.js 3D visualization.
Technical Specifications
- Database: PostgreSQL 16, multi-schema architecture, static configuration tables + dynamic device history tables
- Data Collection: TG devices via UDP protocol, DG devices via MQTT (Mosquitto Broker) with bidirectional communication
- Web Framework: FastAPI + Jinja2 + psycopg3, management platform + external API
- External API: AppKey+Secret → JWT Token authentication, TG/DG device data query and control
- Frontend Visualization: ECharts temperature curves, Gridstack.js SCADA drag-and-drop, matplotlib section cloud maps, STL 3D models
- Deployment: Docker Compose 5-container orchestration, recommended for VPS / cloud servers; supports on-premises single-server deployment both domestically and overseas (recommended: 2 vCPU / 4 GB RAM / 6 Mbps). The system is currently in development and testing; multi-environment validation is required before production rollout. Future upgrades to multi-server deployment can eliminate single points of failure.
