Planar Measurement Point Layout

Automatically calculates and draws a top-down planar layout of the concrete member based on its dimensions and monitoring standards. Each measurement hole (position) is annotated with its planar coordinates (X, Y) along with the member outline dimensions and axis orientation. Construction teams can precisely locate every measurement hole on site using this diagram.

Per-Hole Facade Sensor Arrangement

Generates a separate elevation-view diagram for each measurement hole, showing the vertical distribution of sensors within that hole. Each sensor’s depth from the concrete top surface is labeled (e.g. -0.1m, -1.25m). Construction teams can use these diagrams directly for sensor binding and embedment.

3D Collector / Sensor / Lead Wire Diagram

A Three.js-powered 3D visualization overlaid on the concrete member model, intuitively showing: each collector’s installation position (X, Y, Z coordinates), the vertical sensor distribution within each hole, and the horizontal lead wire routes from collectors to their assigned measurement holes. All sensors carry numbered CSS labels and the model supports full rotation and zoom.

Data Grouping Scheme (iGroup)

Auto-generates a JSON data grouping configuration that logically organizes collector channels by measurement position (e.g. P01, P02…P12). Each group contains its corresponding sensor channel ID list (e.g. TG03_01 through TG03_07). This grouping can be directly imported into the cloud data platform for grouped temperature curve comparison, multi-channel synchronized display, and report generation.

Sensor Lead Wire Length Labels & Checklist

The system automatically calculates each sensor’s lead wire length based on planar position, facade depth, and collector installation location, producing a detailed label list (format: ID_SensorID = length, e.g. “C01_P06_01 = 16.4m”).

  • Checklist (sorted by length): Summarizes lead wire length distribution, e.g. “15.9m×2, 17.2m×3…”
  • Nearest-neighbor compression: When sensor variety is excessive (e.g. 71 types), automatically merges similar lengths to drastically reduce variety (e.g. down to 27 types), simplifying fabrication, transport, and on-site installation
  • Sensor overview: Total sensor count, total lead wire length, ambient temperature sensor statistics
  • Network cable extension mode: Provides an alternative — using 8-core network cables for horizontal sensor lead extensions, dramatically shortening custom lead lengths (from thousands of meters down to hundreds), lowering fabrication costs

Collector Information & Equipment Checklist

Automatically tallies the required number of collectors, model recommendations, and installation positions, producing an equipment checklist with a quotation estimator:

  • Collector configuration details: Model (e.g. TG32), channels used, recommended device model, 3D installation coordinates (X, Y, Z) for each collector
  • Quotation estimator: Cloud-connected temperature loggers, SIM cards, sensors, and sensor lead wire — with quantities, unit prices, subtotals, and tax-inclusive totals
  • Network cable statistics (when using cable extension mode): Cable length from each collector to its assigned measurement holes, plus total length
