One-Line CL System
Cloud Data Management Platform (Long-Distance Version)
The One-Line CL version differs from the EP version: supports distances up to 10 km with up to 32 channels per collector. Designed primarily for tunnels, underground projects, and environments requiring strict confidentiality where wireless communication is unsuitable. Uses network cable interface for wired connectivity. Each collector is powered by 2 × 18650 Li-ion batteries. Each collector has onboard electronic storage with 30-minute backup intervals. Supports relay output control.

FAQ
What is the difference between the CL series and the standard One-Line?
CL series: An industrial-grade "One-Line" solution based on CAN bus
The CL series innovates on the traditional One-Line architecture with a bus system upgrade. Key differences:
Communication mechanism: Uses CAN (Controller Area Network) bus communication, designed for industrial environments, supporting up to 10 km ultra-long-distance transmission.
Cabling cost: Uses standard twisted-pair wiring — offering strong signal anti-interference capability, low cable cost, and easy installation.
System efficiency: Unlike the serial polling mechanism of traditional One-Line used in small projects, the CL series supports concurrent bus communication. All node data can respond synchronously on the same bus, greatly improving collection efficiency and system stability for large projects. It is the ideal choice for ultra-large monitoring projects.
How many bus inputs does the CL collector support?
The CL collector supports 1 CAN bus with 8/16/24/32 sensor channels per collector.
Are CL sensors compatible with the standard version?
Fully compatible. CL and standard YXT use the same series of temperature sensors (multiple models) — interchangeable. Cable length, accuracy, and temperature ratings are identical. The only differences are the collector channel count, features, and data bus mode.
What network connection does the CL collector support?
The CL collector uses a CL data adapter connected to a PC via USB. Customizable versions with Ethernet (RJ45), WiFi, or 4G are also available.
What scenarios is the CL series suitable for?
CL series: An industrial-grade "One-Line" solution based on CAN bus
The CL series is purpose-built for ultra-large construction sites with limited wireless transmission, solving communication challenges in rebar-dense, strong electromagnetic interference environments, breaking through traditional collection bottlenecks:
Ultra-long-distance penetration: Based on CAN bus architecture, transmission distance up to 10 km. Unlike wireless solutions, twisted-pair physical connections are unaffected by wall obstruction or signal shielding — perfectly suited for basements, deep excavations, and long linear projects.
High-density access: Single collector supports 16/24/32 flexible channel configuration. Channel density is multiplied compared to traditional devices, allowing more measurement points in a limited equipment box, significantly reducing per-point deployment costs.
Concurrent bus mechanism: Eliminates wireless master-slave polling; supports multi-node parallel data upload. Maintains millisecond-level response under high load, ensuring real-time performance and synchronization of massive data in wireless bandwidth-constrained scenarios.
Applicable scenarios: Large bridges, tunnels, dams, deep-long utility tunnels, and deep foundation pit projects in dense urban areas with complex wireless environments.
What is the maximum bus length of the CL series?
The CL bus uses twisted-pair communication with a maximum length of 10 km. Each collector is powered by a single lithium battery.
Does the CL series support alarm functions?
Yes. The CL series sets temperature alarm thresholds via the cloud platform. Alarms are pushed via SMS and WeChat. However, direct relay output for external device control is not supported (choose customization for this feature).
Can CL series data be exported?
Yes. Once data is uploaded to the cloud platform, Excel raw data export and PDF monitoring report export (with temperature curves) are supported. Historical data is stored long-term on the cloud and can be queried and exported at any time.
What is the CL collector power supply?
The CL collector is powered by a single lithium battery. The CL adapter is typically located in the office or equipment room, powered separately by a 220V to 12V power adapter.
How is the CL collector installed?
The CL collector is approximately 100×70×30mm, wall-mounted, and can be fixed to walls or in electrical boxes. Compact and easy to install. Pluggable terminals for easy maintenance. IP54 protection rating.
