One bus can host up to 60 collectors, each supporting up to 8 sensors, dramatically reducing wiring. The data adapter can also connect directly to a PC via USB.
What is the maximum bus length of the One-Line system?
The maximum data bus length is 1,200 meters (using standard 4-core cable, 0.5mm² per core). The bus uses 14V safe voltage power — no electric shock risk.
How many sensors can one bus support?
One data bus can host up to 60 collectors, each supporting up to 8 sensors. Collectors connect in parallel, each with a unique address. For more sensors, simply add more collectors.
What is the power supply method for the One-Line system?
The One-Line system uses parasitic power via the data bus at 14V safe low voltage. The adapter takes 220V AC input, outputs 14V DC, and includes a backup battery providing ~8 hours of operation during power outages. Sensors draw power from the bus — no separate power needed.

How do I access One-Line system data?
The adapter uploads data to the cloud server via Ethernet or 4G. Users access the cloud platform via a web browser to view real-time temperature, historical curves, and alarm records. Mobile app and WeChat mini-program also supported. No software installation needed.
On-site standalone software installation is also supported (Windows platform software provided).
Does the One-Line system support temperature alarms?
Yes. The system supports multiple alarm thresholds: max internal temperature, internal-external differential, cooling rate, etc. Alarms are pushed via SMS, WeChat, and cloud platform. Relay output for controlling cooling equipment is also supported. Per-sensor threshold configuration.
What is the data refresh rate of the One-Line system?
The collection interval is configurable from 1 to 60 minutes, default 10 minutes. The collector automatically scans all sensors on the bus at the set interval. A full scan of 60 sensors takes about 3 seconds — excellent real-time performance.
Can the One-Line system be expanded?
Yes. Expansion methods: ① Increase the number of collectors on the bus; ② Add more adapters and buses (data from multiple collectors consolidates under one cloud account). Flexible expansion without replacing existing equipment.
Can One-Line system sensors be reused?
Yes. Collectors connect via plug-in terminals and can be easily detached. After a project ends, adapters and collectors can be moved to the next project. However, sensors embedded in concrete typically cannot be retrieved — plan accordingly.
How long does the One-Line adapter battery last?
The adapter has a built-in battery providing ~8 hours of system operation during power outages (including sensor power). A power loss alarm is automatically sent to the cloud. For longer backup, an optional high-capacity battery module provides 24+ hours.
